Introducing The International Burger - a considered, restaurant-driven interpretation of a classic, shaped by the same discipline, sourcing and technique that define the menu. 

 

At the centre, it's a 180gm beef patty, developed with two of the biggest names in Australian beef, The O'connor family and Anthony Puharich of Victor Churchill and Vic's Meat. 


The bespoke blend delivers richness, structure and savoury depth in careful balance, paired with a soft white potato milk bun, layers of aged Australian cheddar and American cheese, and a classic burger sauce. 


A defining element is the cognac-flambèed caramelised onions with green peppercorns - bringing warmth and subtle savouriness, designed to complement the beef without overpowering it.


Serious in its sourcing and technique, yet designed to be enjoyed with ease. Enjoy it at the bar, in the dining room or on the terrace. The International Burger offers a more relaxed way to experience The Grill - without stepping away from the quality and detail that define it.
