Taking residence within the impressive circular lobby tower by renowned architect Harry Seidler, lies Toby’s Estate flagship cafe. A robust, curved stone and steel counter makes for dramatic centrepiece, paying homage to the architect’s design. Incredibly spacious, this inner-city café showcases their premium international coffees alongside an inspired, seasonal menu.

Take a seat in the supremely comfy leather booths and enjoy the al-a-carte brunch served from 8am to 2.30pm by fine dining chefs Sam Wu (ex-Hubert, Bennelong) and Noah Lee. Savour classics with an indulgent twist - French toast with mascarpone, berry compote, candied walnut and blood orange, or the burnt watermelon “steak” with kalamata olives, heirloom cherry tomatoes and herb oil. The full Toby’s Estate coffee range is on offer, featuring well-established blends like the Woolloomooloo, filter coffees, limited-edition brews and single origins from Myanmar, Colombia and Costa Rica.

An ideal place for a quick business meeting over coffee, or for those on the go, there’s a decadent array of pastries and chef prepared sandwiches using prized ingredients and fresh local produce.
