After a hard day on the ‘slopes’, you can head to the Chalet Bar by Cabana Bar for some opulent après work-socialising.
Kick back by the fire pits and enjoy a medley of alpine-themed food and premium beverages prepared by Grey Goose and Whispering Angel.
Snow fall is predicted every night, Wednesday – Saturday.
The Chalet Bar is located on the level 7 Plaza at 25 Martin Place.

Bookable VIP Igloo Experience
For a more luxurious experience, you can book one of the Chalet Bar’s plush, private igloos for five to eight people at $95 per person. You and your crew will be welcomed with a Grey Goose cocktail on arrival, followed by 90 minutes of bottomless Whispering Angel rosé and 4 Pines Japanese lager. Throughout the night, you’ll also be treated to a four-course alpine food experience including freshly shucked oysters served over dry ice; warm four-cheese croquettes; an American slider with Aspen truffle fries; and a decadent chocolate mousse to end.
